Tree of Life ceremonies were held in six locations in HomeCare & Hospice service area during early December 2009. 

The events are designed to allow persons who have experienced loss to memorialize loved ones during the holiday season. The ceremonies have become an annual tradition for many families. 

Christmas tree ornaments engraved with the names of these loved ones were hung on trees in Batavia, Warsaw, Arcade, Little Valley, Olean and Wellsville. Agency staff and volunteers, along with the families of those who received hospice services, led the ceremonies.
